If you are a resident of CT, HI, KS, MA, NY, NC, OK, PA, TX, UT, VT or WI, and you are approved for a loan extension, then you will be required to execute a separate agreement acknowledging the extension and applicable terms. The separate agreement will be provided to you by email to the email address on record with instructions for completion. If that agreement is not executed, your loan extension will not be able to be processed.
