How will I receive my billing statement?

Roadrunner Account Services will send you monthly statements by electronic mail only.  Unless you request otherwise you will not receive billing statements by regular mail. If you wish to receive billing statements from us through the mail and not only by electronic mail, please notify us immediately via chat in the lower right hand corner or email us at Customerservice@roadrunnerfinancial.com.
